Customers are responsible for all customs, duties, and taxes. International shipping is non-refundable.
All paid orders will be processed and shipped out within 24 hours. For US & Canada customers, you should expect delivery within 3 to 8 days of your order. Some customers receive items sooner due to their location.

Return Police

At SanShineJewelry, our goal is to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for whatever reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you can return it to us within 7 days of receiving the item(s), at which we'll gladly exchange it. Refunds are subject to a 15% restocking fee and will exclude shipping/handling charges. All returned or exchanged items must be in new condition, in their original package, and must include all accessories. International shipping is non-refundable.

Shipping Damage: Please inspect your purchase carefully. Claims for damaged / missing items must be received within two (2) business days of receipt of merchandise.
