Q: How to use the promotion code?
A: Once you finish your shopping, then click "check out". At the first check out page, there are four options to choice.
1) If you want to check out as guest and prefer not register in our store this time, click " Guest checkout", at next page you will find the place to input promotion code which is just below the billing address;
2) If you have registered already, just click "sing in". At next page,  you will find the place to input promotion code which is just below the "password",;
3) If you prefer to pay by paypal, please do not click "check out with Paypal" directly. You could click "Guest check out" or "sign in" to get the price off first, then follow our check out processing. At the payment method step, choice Paypal as your payment method.

Q: Where do your merchandises come from?
A: All of our Merchandise come from the biggest, may be the best jewelry makers. They have been the OEM manufactories for many world famous brands for more than 20 years. ( we are not able to mention the brand names here, due to the regulation.) All merchandises are in trend designed by top designers.

Q: Why are the prices so low?
A: All of our merchandises came from jewelry maker directly. We pass by all middlemen. A typical jewelry distribution channel involves 4 to 5 middlemen representing 300 to 400% in added cost. Putting our merchandises on here allows us to interact directly with the consumer at tremendous savings.

Q: Are every items on your store offered in limited quantity?
A: Yes, every design are unique and offered in limited quantity. We may backorder for some hot selling items, but it is not guaranteed.

Q: How often do you update your online product catalog?
A: Yes. To catch the in trend design, we change our listing very fast and update our product listings continuously. We also offer seasonal sales and special promotions for our current customers. Please subscribe to our email notices if you would like to be notified about product promotions and sales.

Q: What are the shipping charges and how do you send orders?
A: We send all orders using the Postal Service Priority Mail. We have researched the best shipping options and believe this is the fastest, and most efficient way to ship our products. We ship international orders using Global Priority Mail. Shipping charges are an accurate estimate of what the actual charges would be if we took your packaged order to the post office. Shipping charges are based on the order weight, and origin & destination delivery locations.

Q: Where do you ship to?
A: We will ship anywhere in the USA and Canada, including Hawaii & Alaska. We also ship to all European Union Countries, Japan, Australia and New Zealand. We can ship to most countries in the world upon special arrangement with the customer. For large orders, we will contact you via email or phone to confirm the shipping charges. for smaller orders, we will fulfill your order and ship this using Global Priority Mail. Q: How can I view the status of my order?
A: Go to the Customer Service, Account Information page. This page lists all your orders. Click the date of the order whose status you wish to view. You can check the status of your ORDER on our web site. You can check the status of the SHIPMENT on the Canadapost web site and enter in the tracking number provided by us into the "Track and Confirm" text box on the home page. Or you could email us to ask your order status. We will respond your inquiry with 24 hours.

Q: How long will it take to receive my items once I place an order?
A: We fulfill all orders within 24 to 48 hours. Normally, if you place an order on Monday - Friday before 5 PM, your order will be shipped the next day. The average time for delivery in the USA & Canada is 5 - 8 days. International orders take about 10 days (European Union, Asia, Australia, New Zealand, Japan). Orders to other countries can take between 6 - 10 days. Orders placed on the weekend will be shipped on Monday before 12 noon.

Q: Can I have Express Mail delivery service?

Q: Do you have printed catalogs?
A: No. We do not offer these at this time because they become out-of-date very quickly. We offer specialty items and gift products and many of these are one of a kind items.

 
About Exchange & Return 

Q: Can I return my purchasing?

A: For whatever reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you can return it to us within 7 days of receiving the item(s), at which time we'll gladly exchange it. Refunds are subject to a 15% restocking fee and will exclude shipping/handling charges. All returned or exchanged items must be in new condition, in their original package, and must include all accessories. International shipping is non-refundable.

Q: How should I do when I received a damage item?
A: Please inspect your purchase carefully. Claims for damaged / missing items must be received within two (2) business days of receipt of merchandise.
